Burrana has appointed Andy Fellows as its Vice President, Customer Programs and Services. He will oversee customer fulfilment across the organisation leading Burrana’s Airline Services, Contract Management, Order Administration and Program Management teams.
Andy holds a BEng (Hons) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire and his background includes experience in inflight entertainment (IFE), operations and programme management. Most recently he served as Vice President/General Manager at Panasonic Avionics supporting Asia, China, and Japan. He was also on the board of Panasonic Avionics Services, responsible for aircraft maintenance and repair operations (MRO) in the Asia region.
Previously, Andy held various roles in Program Management and Customer Services at Panasonic, including heading the Program Management Organization. Andy also worked on the airline side at Virgin Atlantic Airways, as a Design and Development Engineer in Cabin Systems.
