The winners of the prestigious Cabin Concept of the Year Award were announced at a ceremony in Hamburg on April 14 2026.
SWISS took home the coveted Gold award, followed closely by Air France (Silver) and LATAM (Bronze).
“These awards have become one of the most coveted that an airline can win for it’s passenger experience,” said Craig McQuinn, Associate Publisher, Onboard Hospitality.
“They are judged by airline representatives who fully understand the complexity and hard work that goes into designing and implementing a cabin concept, and that peer-to-peer recognition is incredibly valuable.
“Huge congratulations to everyone involved for both the winning concepts and the finalists. These awards very much recognise the team effort behind the product.”
Gold winner: SWISS International Airlines

SWISS Senses offers guests a redefined way of travelling from takeoff to landing on long-haul flights. Its centrepiece is the state-of-the-art cabin interior, which sets a new benchmark for comfort, design and personal wellbeing.
Silver winner: Air France

Air France’s La Première suites have gradually been rolled out on a selection of Boeing 777-300ERs. The new La Première cabin was first launched on flights to New York in April 2025, and by the end of 2026 the entire La Première network will feature these new cabins.
Bronze winner: LATAM

The goal was to redefine LATAM‘s Premium Business cabin by integrating a distinct design narrative inspired by South America. From materials and textures, to curves and colours, the concept aimed to provide true privacy and comfort, plus smart tech and soft elements, alongside signature hospitality rituals.
Further coverage will follow in the next edition of Onboard Hospitality Magazine.
