iryo, the first private high-speed operator in Spain has stepped up its commitment to innovation and technology with the launch of the Incenteev platform for the management, communication and coaching of its customer assistants’ team.
Incenteev supports horizontal communication and can gamify internal processes so information is shared between professionals and teams efficiently, and they are supported with continuous online training to build service excellence.
