As Singapore sees its COVID-19 situation stabilise, requirements for mask wearing both indoors and out are being dropped from 29th August for the first time in two years. Masks are only now required on public transport and in high-risk settings like healthcare. The health ministry also updated rules for non-vaccinated travellers, dropping a seven-day quarantine requirement (from 28th August). Non-vaccinated travellers will need to test negative within two days before traveling to Singapore.
