The Premium Conference agenda for the 2023 FTE APEX Asia has been announced. It is themed “Preparing for tomorrow’s world”.
Hosted by Future Travel Experience (FTE) and the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX), FTE APEX Asia Expo is Asia’s largest free-to-attend passenger experience and business performance expo for the air transport industry.
The Premium Conference aims to provide unique insights into how the world will evolve over the short-, medium- and long-term. It also looks at how the effective utilisation of technology, innovation, hospitality and collaboration can reimagine travel for the better.
Co-located with the Onboard Hospitality Forum Asia, the FTE APEX Asia Expo takes place from November 8-9 2023 at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore.
Highlights of the Premium Conference agenda include a Changi Airport Terminal 2 Tour, hosted by Changi Airport Group and the FTE APEX Asia Expo Networking Ice Breaker, hosted at Hub & Spoke.
Inside the auditorium, an opening keynote panel called Leadership perspectives on the biggest opportunities and challenges for the aviation industry across Asia and beyond will see Monica Miller, Asia Business Reporter for BBC News, host a discussion between representatives from Changi Airport Group, Gulf Air Group, 777 Partners and APEX/IFSA.
Other conference session titles include Airline Innovation Summit: How airlines and their partners are making pioneering use of technology to enhance CX, efficiency and sustainability; Airport Innovation Summit: How airports and their partners are making pioneering use of technology to enhance CX, efficiency and sustainability; Revolutionising passenger and baggage processing to better serve evolving customer needs – from automation to biometrics and more and The Customer Experience & Service Summit – creating unique and memorable customer journeys, moderated by Onboard Hospitality‘s Editor, Stuart Forster.
