Inmarsat will be exhibiting at this years’ Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in Hamburg.
Inmarsat will be sharing the latest news on its own developments on stand 2A10 as well as announcements on its new multi-dimensional dynamic mesh network, Orchestra, and the progress with its technology roadmap.
It will showcase OneFi, its recently launched customer experience platform, with interactive demonstrations of the portal interface to illustrate its commercial potential for airlines as well as how it enhances passengers’ digital experience. Plus there will be a selection of hardware available to see in person on the stand.
Inmarsat is gearing up to increase inflight connectivity speeds for its Jet ConneX (JX) solution for the business aviation market. Initial testing has shown speeds of more than 130Mbps – equivalent to downloading an HD movie in only 23 seconds.
Inmarsat is also set to launch SwiftJet, the fastest L-band inflight connectivity service for the business aviation industry, in the first half of 2023 – powered by Inmarsat’s ELERA satellite network and an upgraded Honeywell terminal.
Reps will also be speaking at the Passenger Experience Conference on June 13 at Congress Centre Hamburg. Inmarsat Aviation’s vice president of digital commerce & experience, Guillaume Vivet, will be taking part in a panel discussion titled “Differentiating by Delight – Mapping the Future for Digital Experiences”.
Inmarsat Aviation’s regional vice president for EMEA, Neale Faulkner, will be taking part in a panel discussion titled “Up-in-the-Air: Just like being at Home”, during AIX on June 15 at CabinSpace Live Theatre, B4 lower.
