DO & CO has announced a partnership with Performance Learning Group (PLG) to help create its future talent pipeline through hospitality apprenticeships.
Through the scheme the catering and hospitality company is recruiting for several Commis Chef Apprentices to join and experience first-hand their fast-paced and exciting kitchen environment. These apprentices will study and get qualified, while also working to gain real life industry experience.
PLG specialises in the delivery of hospitality apprenticeships, bringing together niche expertise to offer added value. It focuses on planning, building and implementing apprenticeship programmes that benefit both the apprentice and the staff and operation of the business.
The scheme is supported by the UK government with successful candidates working towards their Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship qualification. Initally 10 places are available.
