Iberia refreshes long-haul menus

Iberia has unveiled a refreshed menu for its long-haul flights departing from Madrid, bringing back a selection of passenger-favourite dishes across its premium cabins while expanding choice in Economy.

The updated onboard dining offer has been developed around recipes that have proved most popular with passengers in recent years, with the airline aiming to further enhance the inflight dining experience through familiar dishes alongside seasonal variety.

In Business, the new menu features a salmon tartare with avocado, pickled vegetables, radish and berries served on horseradish cream as a starter. For the main course, passengers can enjoy grilled beef tenderloin served with potato gratin and seasonal vegetables, while dessert is a chocolate tartlet with hazelnut praline.

Premium Economy sees the return of one of its highest-rated dishes: braised beef cheeks served with glazed carrots, broccolini and white bean purée, following positive passenger feedback during previous menu cycles.

Meanwhile, Iberia has increased menu rotation in Economy, introducing greater seasonal variety. Passengers can choose between a beef burger with Café de Paris butter, peas, sautéed green beans and potato purée, or meatballs in romesco sauce with Padrón peppers and potato gratin.

These dishes will rotate alongside chicken-based options throughout the year, offering a broader selection of meals.
