West Entertainment is marking its 10th anniversary, celebrating a decade of providing inflight entertainment, technology and passenger experience solutions for airlines, private jet operators and cruise lines.
Founded in 2016, the California-based company has expanded from an inflight entertainment provider into a technology partner focused on passenger engagement, digital services and onboard connectivity.
Operating from its production and technology facilities in Irvine, California, West Entertainment develops entertainment services alongside digital platforms designed to help operators personalise the passenger journey while improving operational efficiency and identifying new commercial opportunities.
Its portfolio includes WestIQ, a passenger intelligence and personalisation platform, and WeFly OTT, a cloud-based entertainment and streaming solution that combines connectivity, passenger data and digital engagement.
