UK family bakery, Artisan Biscuits, is working to bring 100 year old tradition to the high-flying world of inflight catering.
Based in the Derbyshire Peak District, the company has been operating for more than a century and while the world all around it has changed dramatically, the way they bake biscuits is barely any different. The team still uses the same bronze rollers and biscuit-
moulding method they have used for decades and still bakes by hand. The bakery’s Short & Sweet English shortbread; its the Miller’s Toast and Grate Britain British cheese biscuits and a range of the sweet biscuits, served with tea or coffee, have all made it to the inflight tray before.
The team is attending WTCE Virtual to showcase these and a growing range of other sweet and savoury biscuits now in their portfolio.
