Singapore Airlines has launched a new autumn menu created by Monica Galetti, who has been the guest chef since March 2024, bringing a seasonal selection of dishes to Suites, First Class and Business Class cabins on flights departing London Heathrow, London Gatwick and Manchester.
The limited-edition menu will be available from 1 September to 30 November 2026 and showcases autumn produce including squash, black truffle, chestnuts, borlotti beans and saffron.
In Suites and First Class, the four-course menu begins with king crab dressed with furikake, artichoke and endive with black truffle dressing, followed by caramelised autumn squash and black truffle soup with porcini mushrooms and chestnuts. The main course is slow-braised beef cheek in port and red wine with burnt butter mash, while dessert features white chocolate mousse with passionfruit sauce, spiced Biscoff, pistachio and fig leaf.
Business Class passengers will also be served king crab with furikake, artichoke and endive, before an ossobuco with borlotti bean and saffron ragout, zhoug and red wine jus. Dessert is a blackberry treacle tart with mascarpone ripple.

The autumn menu is available through Singapore Airlines’ inflight dining service, with eligible passengers also able to pre-order meals via the airline’s Book the Cook service before departure.
