MNH Sustainable Cabin Services (MNH) has launched a digitalised complete laundry service chain to help clients take the guesswork out of laundry management.
ROTIX App is available across all hand-held devices and uses Amazon-style transparency for pick lists, deliveries and receipting, providing accountability to a driver level.
The roll-out of ROTIX App began earlier this year to all clients, which includes many of the world’s leading airlines.
“Many of our airline clients are struggling to performance manage their laundry network,” said Tony Lorriman MNH Managing Director at last week’s WTCE in Hamburg.
“We have taken away the guesswork and introduced a new software to digitalise the laundry service chain to reduce waste, costs and noise.
“An industry first, our software system ROTIX gives full accountability to all stakeholders across the laundry service chain, with a full end-to-end digital receipt system, now available across all android and iOS devices.”
He said the new real-time system details shortages before the daily consignments depart the laundry and allows MNH to be proactive, reducing costs and the need to firefight across the laundry service chain.
ROTIX® is quick to deploy and immediately delivers valuable information to all stakeholders such as supplier performance metrics, BI dashboards and DIFOT reporting, he added.
“Digitalising the laundry service chain is an industry game changer. Many airline suppliers have tried to find expensive solutions and tracking devices that are unable to provide the answers or data that airlines are looking for.
“In the words of one of our airline clients, ROTIX and this new digitalisation of the laundry service chain has brought outdated laundry processes into the 21st century… reducing product loss, overspend and providing clear actionable insights.”
