Emirates invests in its inflight experience

Emirates is investing over US$2 billion to upgrade its inflight customer experience including elevated meal choices, a new vegan menu, a ‘cinema in the sky’ experience, cabin interior upgrades and more sustainable options.

And new menus will be added in Business and Economy from the September 1.

The cinema snack menu includes lobster rolls, juicy sliders, edamame, and salted popcorn, and can be ordered on demand. All passengers can also curate their viewing experience before their flight, by pre-selecting movies or TV shows on the Emirates app, which can then be synced to the onboard system the moment they board.
