Flying Food Group (FFG) has expanded its partnership with Alaska Airlines with the introduction of catering operations at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) on September 2.
Newark is FFG’s fourth Alaska Airlines location, along with operations in Honolulu, Kona and Lihue, expanding the partnership on the U.S. East Coast.
It is part of a broader expansion of FFG’s Alaska Airlines operations, with additional launches planned in the coming months.
“We look forward to building on the success in Newark as we continue expanding our partnership with Alaska Airlines and preparing for the next series of launches across our network,” said Nicolas Rondeau, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Flying Food Group.
On the introduction of services at Newark Liberty International Airport, Rondeau commented: “This launch is a significant milestone in our expanding partnership with Alaska Airlines and demonstrates the strength and agility of our organisation. The EWR team delivered an exceptional first operation under demanding conditions, supported by the expertise and commitment of our teams across the network. This is exactly the level of execution our airline partners expect from Flying Food Group.”
