Taste of Travel workshops at the 2025 WTCE in Hamburg offer insightful perspectives from experts active in the onboard industry. The interactive question-and-answer session on Thursday, April 10, from 10.15 to 11.00 – titled Ask the Experts Workshop: What Drives Success? – is ideal for newcomers keen to learn about trends and success stories.
The session represents an opportunity for attendees to put questions directly to our panel of industry specialists. It will offer practical advice and guidance to help newcomers navigate and overcome industry challenges.
Drawing on the panel’s collective experience, the session represents a chance to learn while enjoying snacks from Foodcase, popcorn from Joe and Sephs and drinks courtesy of Jetvine.
Ask the Experts Workshop: What Drives Success? will be moderated by Brett Hooyerink, Director of Business Development at Marfo/FMA.
IFSA Transformative Innovation and Engagement Committee members, NIcky Slater, Business Development Manager – Airlines at Envopak, and Iris Anna Groeneweg, Commercial Director at Foodcase International, will set the scene for this interactive session.
Adam Sopher, Co-Founder and Director at Joe and Seph’s, will discuss how to get your product onboard. Johannes Moll, Product Director at Omnevo, will talk about digital innovation in modern catering.
Salim Hazife, CEO at FoodFolk Australia, will discuss smart catering solutions while Manoj Pridhanani, Chief Design Officer and Head of Sustainability at Kaelis will share his expertise on textile trends and sustainable design.
