ANA (All Nippon Airways) has refreshed its menu with celebrity chefs THE CONNOISSEURS.
The collaboration menu offers Japanese, international and special meals — including vegan and vegetarian options — crafted by THE CONNOISSEURS, a group of 12 celebrity chefs and liquor professionals from Japan and abroad.
Passengers can find the refreshed menu on routes departing from Japan to Europe and the US, as well as on select routes from Japan to Southeast Asia.
A pre-order meal service is available on ANA’s website for those looking to secure their preferred meal in advance. Dishes must be chosen 24 hours before departure.
Celebrity chefs include the owner of Restaurant Ryuzu, Ryuta Iizuka; Yoshihiro Takahashi from HYOUTEI; Toru Okuda, the owner of Ginza Okuda; Masayasu Yonemura, the owner of Shinmonzen Yonemura, and Hideki Takayama, the owner of THE LANDIS TAIPEI Paris 1930 de Hideki Takayama. ANA’s chefs will also provide the airline’s original menu.
