Onboard Hospitality partners at the Future Travel Experience (FTE) have unveiled a Post-COVID-19 Passenger Experience Think Tank detailing a series of immediate and longer-term strategies for the post-pandemic normal.
Pulled together through discussions with airlines and airports, the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX) and members of the FTE Innovation & Startup Hub, the solutions aim to provide a roadmap for businesses to ensure they adapt and thrive in the new normal.
