The Taste of Travel programme brings together big hitters in the sustainability debate to share their in-depth understanding of the topic and highlight how you can join collaborations that will bring change.
10.00 THE SCIENCE OF PLASTIC
A panel discussion moderated by Foodcase for their Taste of Science programme reveals its research into consumer attitude to plastics onboard. WTCE has partnered with Foodcase to create a research report into sustainability onboard. The report will encompass the latest data on what airlines are doing to minimise waste and reduce the use of single use plastics, as well as commentary that highlights what onboard catering suppliers believe airlines need to do and why. With sustainability being a key discussion point for the tenth year of WTCE, the report will drive awareness and provide insights from the businesses leading sustainable innovations.
