Silversea enhances F&B on Silver Muse

Silversea’s ship Silver Muse now has a S.A.L.T. Kitchen and S.A.L.T. Bar, and reimagined public spaces and additional suite options following dry dock refurbishments carried out in Palermo, Italy.

The first major dry dock for Silver Muse since 2017 added a S.A.L.T. Kitchen and S.A.L.T. Bar.

S.A.L.T. stands for Sea And Land Taste, and in these spaces guests can enjoy destination-inspired menus and regionally crafted cocktails, deepening their connection to the regions they visit.

Offerings have been refreshed across Silversea’s signature venues on select ships. The Dolce Vita’s Italian‑inspired aperitivo experience features new signature cocktails. Cerberus Negroni is crafted with gin, Pedro Ximénez‑infused Campari and sage butter vermouth. 

The Arts Café now offers elevated pastries and Ronnefeldt tea selections, while La Terrazza has a tableside martini cart, new signature cocktails, and non‑alcoholic options. 

The Grill enhanced its selection of poolside classics and guests benefit from an upgraded in‑suite dining programme with a refreshed menu. 

The ship has a new pickleball court, putting green and simulator experienceAdditionally, the pool deck has refreshed furnishings.

New Medallion Suites feature a veranda, a bathroom with a double vanity, a bathtub and a walk-in shower. They also have a secluded bedroom area with a king-size bed. 

Silversea’s investment in elevating the guest experience across its fleet will now focus on enhancements to Silver Spirit.
