Under the Primadeli brand, Novel Foods has introduced Coffee Taralli Bites as part of its Authentic Italian Bites collection.
The product is a contemporary twist on taralli, a snack originating from southern Italy.
The crisply baked savoury-sweet snacks are crafted from soft 00 wheat flour and white wine and infused with authentic Italian coffee.
The aromatic snack has a rich, subtly sweet flavour and a delicate crunch. They are billed as being ideal to accompany a morning espresso or an indulgent moment.
Primadeli is committed to clean-label ingredients and genuine taste. The Coffee Taralli Bites are made without additives, preservatives, palm oil or monosodium glutamate (MSG).
The snack is vegan, halal- and kosher-friendly, and developed to suit a range of dietary preferences.
Each 25-gram portion is packaged in fully recyclable materials and is ideal for on-the-go snacking, curated gift boxes, premium retail, or as a distinctive addition to travel catering and hospitality menus.
