New CEO for Intervine

Wine management specialist, Intervine, has announced the departure of its
president and CEO, Ed Matovcik, who will be replaced by Jonjie Lockman.

Matovicik has led the company for over 11 years, as Intervine has become
one of the world’s largest and most well-respected wine management
companies for the travel industry.

Jonjie Lockman becomes CEO and joins the company’s board of directors.
He has been a senior leader at Intervine since 2011, serving in multiple roles
including CFO and most recently COO. Matovcik will support the transition
and continue to serve on the Intervine board.

“We are extremely grateful for Ed’s leadership in propelling Intervine to record
growth,” said Intervine board chairman Sandra Pineau-Boddison.  “He built an
industry-leading team and prepared for a succession that will enable Intervine
to continue to provide outstanding service to our strategic partners and valued
customers. Jonjie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the CEO
role. She is passionate about our industry and the right person to lead
Intervine into this exciting next chapter.”
