Matthew Igo Ball is now the Managing Director at dnata Catering & Retail, Singapore.
He was promoted to Managing Director from his role as the Head of Catering at dnata Catering & Retail, Singapore. In his previous role, his responsibilities included elevating operational performance and driving strategic growth.
With more than 12 years of experience with dnata, in both Australia and Singapore, Matthew has worked across operations, business development, customer experience and change management.
He also holds an MBA in Leadership and Strategy and is committed to developing teams and delivering consistent service excellence.
