Etihad Airways has introduced a limited-edition Summer Essentials Kit for passengers travelling on the inaugural flights of its seasonal summer routes.
The kits were distributed on the first services to Kraków, Palma de Mallorca and Zanzibar, as well as the returning seasonal routes to Málaga, Mykonos, Santorini, Nice and Al Alamein.
Packed in a waterproof Etihad-branded mini backpack, the kit contains many thoughtful essentials such as a waterproof phone pouch, electrolyte sachets, Al Ain flavoured sparkling water, a ginger brew drink and water wipes.
The giveaway coincides with the airline’s network expansion, which includes three new destinations and the return of five summer routes across Europe and North Africa.
New services to Kraków, Palma de Mallorca and Zanzibar launched between 11 and 14 June, while Málaga, Mykonos, Santorini and Nice resumed during June. Flights to Al Alamein restart on 16 July.
