JetBlue is working with Kent Hospitality Group and Four Clovers Hospitality Group to refresh the inflight dining offering in its Mint cabin, introducing a selection of New York restaurant dishes across domestic and transatlantic routes.
From July 31, new menus will be introduced with dishes inspired by Kent Hospitality Group venues Crown Shy and Birdee. The rollout marks the first phase of a wider update to the Mint dining offering, with additional dishes from Four Clovers Hospitality Group, including Red Hook Tavern and Hometown Bar-B-Que, to follow in early 2027.
At launch, menus will include dishes such as Crown Shy’s citrus-marinated chicken and Birdee-inspired breakfast items including a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. JetBlue says the selections reflect New York’s contemporary dining scene while being adapted for inflight service.
Crown Shy, located in Manhattan’s Financial District, holds a Michelin star and is known for its modern American menu. Birdee is a Brooklyn waterfront café and bakery offering pastries and all-day dining influenced by Brazilian flavours.
Four Clovers Hospitality Group’s portfolio includes Red Hook Tavern, known for its burgers and seasonal menus, and Hometown Bar-B-Que, which operates in Brooklyn and Miami and focuses on live-fire cooking.
JetBlue says the updated Mint dining offering will continue to rotate dishes from the partner restaurants over time, with further updates planned beyond the initial rollout period. Further menu details are expected to be released closer to launch.
