United Airlines has launched a new breakfast sandwich in collaboration with
Impossible Foods.
The new Impossible Sausage Breakfast Sandwich is now available
throughout the cabin on domestic flights.
The launch follows the success of the Impossible meatballs for lunch and
dinner inflight menus. Impossible Sausage Patties are also now available in
all the airline’s Polaris Lounges.
Impossible Sausage is made from plants instead of animal meat and is
calculated to reduce a menu’s environmental footprint by using less land and
water, and lower greenhouse gas emissions in its manufacture.
