Foodcase International has announced the removal of single-use plastic cocktail sticks from its products.
From this week onwards it will instead provide sustainable wooden toothpicks.
The toothpicks will be available with all of Foodcase’s tapas trays and platters.
The announcement follows the news that the flag carrier for Ireland, Aer Lingus, is now serving Foodcase’s Dip&Go Classic Hummus with Breadsticks onboard.
The snack is a classic hummus recipe with no artificial colours or flavours. It is 100% natural and vegan.
