Diskomat’s history dates to the 1950’s, being a subsidiary of a Swedish industrial automation giant, Lorentzen & Wettre. In its current form, Diskomat has operated since 1997, when the company was bought out by Gösta Torssell, who still runs the company as its chairman after almost 30 years.
Over the years, Diskomat has evolved into a reputable household name for supplying professional dishwashing solutions in commercial kitchens and to the global flight catering industry.
Diskomat’s main focus includes design engineering, logistical solutions, layout and budget proposals, capacity calculations, project management and supply of the entire dishwashing operations.
Its hardware ranges from the robust and energy efficient Wexiödisk dishwashers, to automatic cutlery sorters, ergonomic cart lifts, complete waste handling systems and other specialised handling equipment.
