Brother’s Bond Bourbon now available on JetBlue

Brother’s Bond Bourbon is now being served in 50ml bottles on JetBlue flights. The whiskey brand, founded by Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley, has been available on the airline since October 1.

Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon is a four-grain bourbon crafted from corn, rye, wheat and malted barley. Aged for a minimum of four years, the whiskey is known for its smooth, balanced character and approachable flavour profile.

It was created to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or with a favourite mixer. The ultra-premium whiskey brand is expanding its presence across the U.S. and internationally.

JetBlue’s new onboard menu now features Brother’s Bond Bourbon and the Whiskey Bravo Lemonade, a cocktail made with Brother’s Bond Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Owen’s Classic Lemonade. The combination pairs the bourbon with bright, citrusy lemonade, offering travellers a refreshing alternative to a beer or wine during flights.

Paul Wesley, a co-founder of Brother’s Bond, said: “We love the idea that people can discover Brother’s Bond while traveling, connecting with friends and family or heading somewhere new.”

Ian Somerhalder, the other co-founder, commented: “Brother’s Bond was created around friendship, connection and our shared passion for making exceptional bourbon. Having our bourbon served onboard JetBlue is an exciting milestone for us.”
