A new and enhanced collection of bars, lounges and beverage concepts will debut on Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ ship Seven Seas Prestige in December. From Italian aperitivo and Mediterranean-inspired cocktails to thoughtfully curated zero-proof creations, each experience has been designed to give its setting a distinct identity and bring a sense of discovery to every occasion.
Inspired by Galileo’s spirit of discovery and the Italian tradition of aperitivo, the new Galileo’s Bar is designed as a destination for conversation and anticipation before dinner. Guests can sip premium Italian spirits and distinctive cocktails. A collection of signature interpretations of Negroni are available, including the Comet Negroni, Jupiter’s Garden and the alcohol-free Orbit Zero Espresso Martini.
Azure will serve herbal cocktails, citrus-led spritzes and regional wines to complement the restaurant’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Inspired by coastal botanicals, aromatic herbs and lemon groves, signature drinks highlight vibrant citrus, floral notes and herbaceous flavours. Flavoured waters, the Monastery Sour and Province Bloom are among the beverages available.
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose serves drinks outdoors. The signature cocktails will include Pearl of the Riviera, Mediterranean Paloma and Orchard Fizz.
The new Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, joins Regent’s signature cocktails created for each ship. It combines Patrón Silver Tequila with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup and grapefruit or orange bitters, finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and Himalayan salt.
