Inflight Feed’s forthcoming The Inflight Lab events are to be held in Chicago, Bangkok and Athens. The workshops bring together airline professionals with catering and product teams to solve genuine onboard challenges.
The workshop in Chicago will be held on November 10-11. Meanwhile, the other two events will be in 2027. The Bangkok event will take place in Thailand’s capital on February 9-10 and the one in Athens will take place in June.
Previous events in Vienna and Melbourne have featured sessions from Lufthansa, Aegean Airlines, Finnair, Austrian Airlines, Global-c, Buzz, Gispol and Foodfolk Australia.
The event format is built around hands-on problem solving within a confidential “what’s said in The Lab stays in The Lab” working environment. Attendees will split into small groups to focus on aspects of premium service, economy innovation, buy-on-board strategy and sustainability.
Airline professionals attend for free and, at registration, every attendee is surveyed. The agenda for each event is shaped around the problems that attendees want to solve.
