En Route to launch US cheese programme

En Route is set to unveil its first dedicated US cheese programme at IFSA Global EXPO 2025 next month.

The programme offers airlines and airline caterers a “fully-managed, end-to-end solution” that includes selecting the cheese and accompaniments, curating and designing the customer-facing cheese proposition, and considering how the product is handled, presented and served.

Led by a dedicated team, it also covers sourcing, cutting, packing, packaging and delivery and can tailored to suit all cabin classes and route types.

The programme will launch at IFSA, which takes place on September 9-11 in Long Beach, California, and will be rolled out during the final quarter of 2025 and through 2026.

“Our new US cheese programme is built to give airlines and airline caterers confidence through consistency, quality and provenance. Whether it’s a first-class pairing or a thoughtfully curated economy snack, we are able to provide the right product every time.”
