Few things matter more in the onboard hospitality sector than securing the right people to grow and develop your business. Recruitment companies can help but expert knowledge and true understanding of your sector are key.
Now there’s a new place for help with this. Here! Onboard Hospitality is now working with industry recruitment stalwart Roy Wilson, of Sterling Bridge, and Mike Pooley and Lance Hayward from The Hayward Partnership (THP), to create a hub for recruitment and professional development. We’ll be raising the profile of vacancies available across our sector and supporting executive search and career development. If you have advice to share or vacancies to promote, do get in touch.
Recruitment expert Roy has worked in this area for over 20 years connecting job seekers and new opportunities across rail, airlines and airports, within caterers, onboard retailers and suppliers industry-wide. He and his colleagues in The Hayward Partnership will now share their wisdom and recruitment advice through Onboard Hospitality’s Vacancies tab, online, and in print supporting industry-wide coaching and executive search requirements.
