Unisync enhances circular maufacturing

Uniform and e-commerce supplier Unisync showcased its enhanced circular manufacturing practices, with increased use of recycled and biodegradable fibres, at the 2025 APEX/IFSA Global EXPO.

Unisync’s mobile app provides airlines with access to order management tools on the go, empowering mobile workforces.

Unisync offers solutions for above-wing and below-wing teams along with e-commerce platforms and advanced digital sizing tools.

“At Unisync, we believe that uniforms are more than just clothing  – they’re an extension of brand identity, safety and sustainability commitments. By combining design excellence, technological innovation and environmental responsibility, we help airlines empower their teams and elevate the passenger experience,” said Naomi Meghory, Senior Vice President – Global Accounts at Unisync Group Limited.

“Unisync combines premium design, innovative fabric technologies and a holistic service model that sets a benchmark for excellence. We are recognised for over 40 international design awards and were the first to launch a fully STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX certified airline uniform programme,” explained Meghory.

The company’s uniforms use technologies such as temperatureregulating fabrics, washable suiting wool, antimicrobial treatments and stain repellents. These enhance comfort, durability, and sustainability while reducing maintenance costs.

“Importantly, our made-to-measure services ensure every team member, regardless of body type or role, feels confident and represented,” added Meghory.
