Touch Inflight Solutions has announced a new partnership with SAS Airlines. Touch’s inflight entertainment (IFE) solutions will help SAS deliver a modern, seamless passenger experience.
SAS connects Scandinavia with the world through hubs in Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. The airline serves more than 25 million passengers a year and became a member of the SkyTeam global airline alliance on September 1, 2024.
With this partnership, Touch will leverage ties across SkyTeam members, including Delta Air Lines and Aeromexico. The collaboration will enable Touch to streamline content management and delivery, leveraging shared technological insights across the alliance.
Touch states that the result is a cohesive, high-quality IFE experience that supports SAS’s aim to provide smooth travel to its passengers.
“We are thrilled to partner with SAS, collaborating to create a data-driven foundation that will redefine inflight engagement for their Scandinavian and global customers. By combining our expertise in content innovation and data analytics with SAS’s commitment to delivering exceptional passenger experiences, we are laying the groundwork for the future of inflight entertainment that is as dynamic and inspiring as their travellers”, said André Valera, Vice President of Business Development at Conetic.
Caroline Bergström, Head of Ancillary Products, Connectivity and Retail at SAS, commented:“We are very excited to start our collaboration with Touch, that will help us take the inflight entertainment experience to the next level for the passengers of SAS. With the recognised experience and creativity that Touch brings to the table, we are confident that we will achieve great things together and we are looking forward to many years of good partnership.”
