Swan Hellenic has revealed its 2025 Maris gourmet cruises with a series of new star chefs.
The gourmet cruises will take place aboard the SH Diana and SH Vega ships.
Each voyage showcases dishes by one world-famous chef from restaurant association JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs.
Maris will offer a choice of ten cruises from the Arctic to Europe and the Mediterranean, with nine on SH Diana and one on SH Vega.
A different signature dish will be served every night, leading up to a Gala Dinner focusing on tradition, sustainability and local ingredients.
Each Maris chef also hosts on a cooking show revealing the “secrets of their art” and leads gastronomic excursions ashore to explore local hunting, fishing, farming, foraging and culinary traditions and specialities.
Michelin-star chefs include Heribert Dietrich from Switzerland; Kevin Lejeune from Belgium; and David Goerne from France.
Two series of cruises abroad the SH Diana can be linked, with a double voyage from Lisbon in May and a choice of double or triple culinary discovery from Amsterdam in August.
Patrizia Iantorno, Chief Commercial Officer at Swan Hellenic, said: “Swan Hellenic and JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs are proud to announce our new Maris series for 2025, born of a shared quest to go beyond and share experiences of the exceptional.”
