Paxia showcases cloud-based catering management platform

Following its acquisition by Liberty Hall Capital Partners, Paxia was at the 2026 APEX/IFSA Global EXPO to showcase its cloud-based airline catering management platform, Paxia Cloud.

Paxia Cloud is an all-in-one cloud-based solution designed to streamline airline catering and inventory management from pre-flight planning to post-flight reconciliation. Key modules include Paxia Specifications, Schedules, Galleys, Orders, Invoices, Assets and Insights.

The platform connects airlines, suppliers and caterers with real-time data. That helps to reduce costs, errors, food waste, invoice overpayments and fuel burn while increasing stakeholder satisfaction.

“Unlike legacy systems, it automates the entire lifecycle – from scheduling and ordering to invoice reconciliation and inventory management – delivering real-time insights through intuitive dashboards and predictive AI tools that reduce waste, optimise stock and coordinate supply chain partners,” said Rodney Duty, Chief Executive Officer at Paxia.

Airlines including Delta, British Airways and Cathay Pacific use Paxia.

Paxia Assets, for airline-specific inventory planning and asset management, and Paxia Insights, for operational and strategic dashboards that leverage Paxia’s data lake, were among the recent developments being highlighted in Long Beach.

“Ultimately, we aim to inspire attendees to reevaluate their catering strategies, pursue partnerships for waste reduction, resource optimisation and improve passenger experiences across the aviation industry,” said Duty.
