The number of companies present at the 2025 APEX/IFSA Global EXPO in Long Beach ran into three figures. Highlights included the following:
Procurall Solutions
The new bedding collection developed for Air Astana, combining elements of cultural heritage, modern design and sustainability, was one of the highlights at the Procurall booth.
“We work as a creative and strategic bridge between airlines, global brands and passengers. By understanding the unique brand story of each airline, we select and integrate brand partners that resonate with their specific passenger demographics. This approach ensures every solution feels intentional and authentic, from the materials used in our amenity kits to the design of our tableware,” explained Jennifer Green, CEO and Co-Founder of Procurall.
Astronics
Astronics presented a power products designed to enhance the inflight experience and meet the needs of passengers and crew members. That included in-seat power systems, flight deck power for Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) and supplies to support increasing demand for interactive and high-powered IFE systems.
Egret Aviation
Egret Aviation presented its lightweight carts at the 2025 APEX/IFSA Global EXPO – the company’s second appearance, following its 2024 debut.
The company’s trolleys have a new, modernised look. They are sleeker than earlier designs and have rounder edges. They also feature a new locking system. A recycling cart, easing the separation of waste, and a waste bin were on show in Long Beach.
All3Media
All3Media was showcasing TV series including The Assassin, Trespasses and I Fought the Law at the APEX Global EXPO. Parenthood, American Prince: JFK Jr, Race Across the World and Formula E: Driver were also among the 35,000 hours of content ranging from A-list dramas to comedies.
Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits
Southern Glazers Wine and Spirits (SGWS) is the world’s largest domestic beverage alcohol distributor and was a first-time exhibitor at the ISFA Global EXPO.
Single-serve spirits and ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktails, including On The Rocks, were among the products on the SGWS stand.
Sola
Designing and producing cutlery and serviceware for more than a century, Sola is a Netherlands-based company and a regular attendee at the IFSA Global EXPO.
A wide variety of hollow handle cutlery, enabling airlines to save on weight, and an updated version of the Duo flask were among the products displayed at the booth.
“The hollow handle cutlery looks like normal cutlery but is incredibly light. You must feel that with the product in your hands. You cannot do that from a brochure or online,” explained Hans Engels, Senior Export Manager at Sola.
DKA Aerospace
DKA Aerospace made its first appearance at the IFSA Global EXPO in 2025.
“We are showcasing our XT Series Meal Carts alongside our range of standard units. Attendees have the opportunity to see firsthand how our products combine durability, efficiency and thoughtful design to meet the evolving needs of airlines,” explained Rosalane Chow, Marketing Specialist at DKA Aerospace.
“Earlier this year, we introduced the latest model in our XT Series: the XT3.0. At just 14.8 kg (32.6 lb) full-size, it is the lightest meal cart in our entire product lineup, offering unmatched ease of handling for crew and operational efficiency for airlines,” she added.

ELAG Group
ELAG showcased its Airline Ovenbag in the US for the first time at the 2025 IFSA Global EXPO alongside new, customised formats of its Ovenbag and Pochetta products.
“All of our products are 100% paper-based and not yet widely used or known in the US market,” said Silvan Elsaesser, CEO of ELAG Group.
Molly Bz
Molly Bz had its origins in a home kitchen in Alaska and evolved into a national brand within just three years. The company made its first appearance at the IFSA Global EXPO in 2025.
“We have a new, fun Dubai chocolate cookie line, and a 1.5-ounce offering of our famous Bobadoodles, which are shortbread cookies with real boba gel in them,” said Molly Blakely, Founder of Molly Bz.
Letronics
Letronics unveiled its PRM Transfer Lift WL790 at the APEX/IFSA Global EXPO.
“The 790 model has the same capabilities as the 780. The 780 came out and it was fleet-wide compatible, meaning from a regional jet to the largest aircraft we can get you in a seat. The difference is that the 790 is also seat of choice…we’ll get you in the main cabin or the longest suite available on the premium airlines,” explained Greg Cohen, President of Letronics.
The WL790 can lift people into herringbone seating and premium suites.
Mainline Aviation
Bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup and vinaigrettes from Blis Gourmet, Haywood’s meats and Pastamami pasta were among the products available to sample at the Mainline Aviation booth.
Bradley Saxe, Co-Chief Executive Officer at Goldbergs Group, explained that Mainline Aviation expanded its catering operations into Nashville in the summer of 2025.
Mainline Foods is the group’s manufacturing arm and is elevating the products available for onboard catering from Economy into First class cabins.
deSter
Reusable Economy class cups, pressboard cutlery and a curated selection of award-winning textile parts were among the products displayed by deSter, which has a state-of-the-art production facility in Lima, Ohio.
“deSter’s mission is to anticipate the needs of tomorrow while delivering solutions that meet today’s challenges,” said Jon Westerby, Regional Vice President – Americas at deSter.
