‘LNER Kids Club’ podcast now available

London North Eastern Railway’s (LNER) new LNER Kids Club podcast features fun and educational content designed to inspire and entertain children travelling on its services.

The podcast is available onboard through the LNER digital portal, which can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the back of seats. It is also available on all major podcast platforms.

LNER Kids Club offers engaging stories, interviews, games and fun facts tailored for young listeners.

An array of voices can be heard, including train drivers, station assistants, digital managers, British Transport Police officers and the LNER Managing Director, David Horne.

LNER employees are asked questions by a host of youngsters looking to find out more about the behind-the-scenes workings of the railway and learn about the different jobs on offer at LNER.

Emma-Louise Amanshia and Lauren Underwood are hosts of LNER Kids Club.

Stuart Thomas, Communications Director at LNER, said: “We’re delighted to be offering our younger passengers an exciting new way to make the most of their LNER adventures. Whether it’s a quick trip or a longer journey, we hope Kids Club will become a firm favourite with children and their families.”
