RAero LLC and Doha-based PearlQ Software and Network Solutions have formed a joint venture to develop and deliver digital aviation training in the Middle East and North America.
PearlQ’s Doha team will lead client engagement, programme management and local technical support, including Arabic-language localisation. RAero will contribute its learning management system, courseware and training platforms.
The cabin crew training will focus on onboard service, passenger interactions and care, cabin systems, safety and recurrent training.
The training is designed for aircraft types and additional packages are available on request.
Chad Birdwell, Chief Operating Officer of RAero LLC, commented: “Better onboard service starts with better crew training. Our goal is to connect safety, service and the passenger experience through modern, airline-specific training.”
