JetBlue Mint kits designed for second life

JetBlue has unveiled new Mint amenity kits featuring reusable puffer-style bags, developed by Buzz in collaboration with New York accessories brand Caraa.

Designed with post-flight reuse in mind, international Mint passengers will receive a clay-coloured puffer lunch bag that can be repurposed as a lunch tote, travel organiser or everyday carryall. Domestic Mint travellers will receive a compact puffer sling bag, available in four colours: clay, flint, black and olive.

The international kits include Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare products – Hyaluronic Marine Moisture Lock Lip Balm, Marine Moisture Cushion Face Cream, Hyaluronic Marine Hydrate + Smooth Hand Treatment and Alpha Beta Peel Pads – alongside a Plus Ultra dental kit with a bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste, a Tuft & Needle eye mask and earplugs, JetBlue Mint socks and a deodorant wipe.

Domestic kits feature Dr. Dennis Gross skincare products, the Tuft & Needle eye mask and earplugs, Swishables mouthwash and JetBlue Mint socks.

Buzz said the redesigned kits continue to focus on reducing single-use plastics through the use of recycled materials, bamboo components and kraft paper packaging, while encouraging passengers to reuse the bags long after their flight.
