We define our values as Innovation, Reliability and Proactivity. PTP was founded in 2008 with the clear vision to provide our customers with exceptional products, outstanding customer service, and rapid response times. These objectives still drive everything we do as a business today. Our industry has evolved, and PTP has evolved with these changes.
Our new branding reflects youthful design, inclusion and innovation, capturing a fresh and forward-thinking identity. The modern aesthetics, dynamic visuals and refined typography bring a contemporary feel, as seen in our sleek, design-conscious packaging.
Product innovation
Inclusion is at the heart of our approach, ensuring our products cater to a diverse range of travellers. Our Best for Accessibility finalist amenity kit in partnership with Austrian Airlines incorporates tactile elements and easy-open packaging, enhancing usability for all passengers, including those with disabilities.
Data and trend analysis drives our product development. We utilise life-cycle analysis to enable our team to make informed decisions when creating new products.
Integrating sustainable materials creates smarter inflight solutions. Our recycled textile blankets and compostable meal service solutions showcase our commitment to reducing environmental impact while maintaining high quality.
Road to net zero
Sustainability is key to our innovation, using recycled textiles, compostable materials and reusable packaging to help airlines reduce waste and lower their carbon footprint, without compromising quality or comfort.
The progress that the team has made over the last few years on its journey towards net zero is a testament to the passion and commitment all the way through the organisation. At PTP, we believe in making lasting positive change by improving what we produce, how we produce it and how we get it to our customers. By utilising product life cycle analysis techniques, we use this data to inform the product development and supply chain decisions that we make. This approach also helps us to better manage our manufacturing partners and help them in turn to reduce their impact. We have intentionally steered clear of activities such as carbon offsetting in favour of improving our business approach to generate meaningful results.
WTCE highlights
The feedback on the rebrand has been extremely positive and I can’t wait to see everything come together at WTCE. This year, we have a new stand full of innovative products.
We are showcasing a new range of passenger comfort and wellbeing products co-created between PTP and the renowned industrial design firm JPA Design. We will be showcasing stunning ranges of premium tableware for First and Business class, utilising the industry leading expertise of our exclusive partnership with Steelite International. This is just a snapshot of the exciting products we will be showcasing in Hamburg and we look forward to sharing them with our customers.
