The International Flight Services Association (IFSA) has confirmed its 2026–2027 Board of Directors with five newly-elected and re-elected industry leaders to guide the association’s priorities and advance the global inflight services industry.
The incoming Board members include SJ Barton, Head of Commercial, HACO, Stephanie Laster, Managing Director, Onboard Experience, Delta Air Lines, Jonjie Lockman, CEO, Intervine, Sheri Whiteley, Senior Manager of Inflight Dining & Service, American Airlines, and Andrew Yiu, Vice President, In-Flight Service and Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada.
Matrix de Vries, Food and Product Specialist Outsations, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, has been appointed President and Paul Mills, IAG, becomes Vice President.
Jeremy Parsons, AMI Group, takes up the role of Treasurer and Tim Zandbergen, ANA Catering, assumes the role of Secretary.
Jon Harwood, Vice President Retail, dnata Catering, will continue to support the association serving as President Emeritus.
“The strength of IFSA comes from the expertise and commitment of its members, and this incoming Board brings together the perspectives needed to help the industry navigate what comes next,” said Lauren Costello, IFSA Executive Director.
“As passenger expectations, technology and culinary innovation continue to evolve, we look forward to working with these leaders to turn those changes into meaningful progress across inflight service.”
The Annual Business Meeting at IFA Global EXPO also marked the conclusion of Board service for Mike Henny of Wheels Up and Dulce Martin of Adulce Group LLC.
IFSA thanked both leaders for their contributions, leadership and commitment to advancing the association and inflight services industry.
