Iberia has updated its pre-order service for short- and medium-haul flights. The pre-order service is available in Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Portugal and the United Kingdom with meals delivered directly onboard upon presentation of the receipt to the crew.
This service is available from 45 days before a flight. It remains available up to 18 hours prior to departure.
A variety of fresh dishes can be ordered on flights with a duration of up to 4.5 hours.
On longer flights, passengers can order Celebration Packs. They include vanilla and lemon cake and a bottle of cava.
Greek salad, oven-roasted chicken breast on a bed of chickpea ragout, vegan gnocchi with tomato ragout, ricotta mezzelune with sautéed spinach and teriyaki salmon with rice and wok vegetables are among Iberia’s new dishes.
Creamy rice with cuttlefish, prawn and piquillo pepper, which was named Best Onboard Meal at the 2025 Onboard Hospitality Awards, remains on the menu. Salmon poke and beef burgers do too.
Breakfast options have been added on early morning flights with overnight stays outside Madrid. Passengers can order the likes of Mallorcan ensaimada, a type of pastry, with yoghurt.
