Focus On…ArtChocolat

In July 2025, artfully designed, luxury chocolates from ArtChocolat became available on Singapore Airlines flights

ArtChocolat’s core range is individually packaged 7.5-gram to 14-gram filled chocolates that are beautifully designed and presented.

The company was founded in 2020 by Jack Ralph, who was then aged 20. In 2022, Harry Crane – one of the founding partners at Monty’s Bakehouse, which was sold to SATS in 2020 – offered his experience in growing a food business to Jack. They started meeting every six weeks to discuss Jack’s ambitions, progress and challenges.

Jack has a culinary background, having worked in local restaurants and bakeries. Starting with a few moulds in his mother’s kitchen, he began experimenting with flavours, learning from books and online content.

Learning by doing, Jack built a reputation as an avant-garde chocolatier. He is now much in demand for workshops.

In addition to its core range of individually packaged chocolates, ArtChocolat produced chocolate buttons, shards, bars and seasonal products, including an Advent calendar and Easter eggs.

In October 2024, ArtChocolat moved into a bespoke unit in Hailsham, East Sussex. The company’s core production capacity is around 30,000 chocolates a week in one shift. With new equipment on order, that is expected to double over the next 12 months.

In July 2025, Singapore Airlines started serving ArtChocolat chocolates.

“We started supplying Singapore Airlines on Business and First class flights in July and feedback has been positive. As a UK-based supplier, we ship via air freight to Singapore. We designed and tested our process, temperature monitoring and packing with SATS, meaning our products are now shipped weekly with no issues. We are confident in our global network and take as much care with this as we do with our chocolates,” explained Jack.

Harry added: “As a passionate chocolate designer, Jack is very active on social media and has built a loyal following and a customer base, including high-end hotels and corporate clients. This allows him to follow trends that translate into ideas that we can present Business or First Class products to airlines. Jack loves working to bespoke briefs with clients.”

“It’s an exciting time for us. We have a new factory, are growing steadily and have a young, vibrant and ambitious team. We will continue to innovate with input from our customers and Jack’s ideas…As a young business, we will need to build our executive team,” continued Harry.

ArtChocolat’s flavours range from blackcurrant caramel and cinnamon crunch to hazelnut popping candy and yuzu dark chocolate.
