Emirates adds caviar and gloved service in First

Emirates has enhanced its First class offering with keepsake wine menus, a gloved service and engraved caviar bowls.

A newly-designed keepsake menu tells passengers the story of Emirates’ wine selection and culinary inspirations. The menu comprises rare wine bottles handpicked from a renowned château, with full tasting profiles and suggested pairings.

Passengers can enjoy unlimited caviar in Emirates engraved bowls designed by silverware brand Robert Welch.

The airline’s cheeseboard has been upgraded to a rustic slate with accompanying bowls and a wooden honey dipper.

Cabin crew will provide a gloved service, too.

New fragrances have been added to Emirates’ existing Bulgari amenity kits in First class. The latest scents now onboard are Le Gemme Orom for women with notes of wood, amber, vanilla bourbon and oud assam essence. Le Gemme Tygar for men incorporates wood, citrus, grapefruit and ambergris.

The airline’s First class check-in area in Terminal 3, Dubai International Airport, will be refurbished in the coming weeks. Updates include dedicated, personalised check-in services and a “relaxing” lounge design.

Enhancements are part of the airline’s ‘Fly Better’ experience.
