Doughlicious is expanding into the ambient on-the-go category with its Soft Baked Gourmet Cookie range. The cookies are available from British Airways, on LNER trains and are also for retail sale.
The flavours available include New York-style chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, salted caramel and banana good granola. The latter contain 17 grams of protein per cookie as well as vitamins D and E.
Containing British oats and baked in west London, the cookies are naturally gluten-free and vegan. They do not contain artificial additives, preservatives, flavourings, colours or refined flours.
Kathryn Bricken, Founder of Doughlicious, commented: “We revolve our range around our delicious cookie dough and we thought it was about time we created some ready-to-eat cookies to diversify our range and opportunities for on-the-go snacking.”
