Exhibitors at this year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) and Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) have the chance to be showcased in a preview issue of Onboard Hospitality Magazine.
As well as spotlighting exhibitors, the special issue will include in-depth features on key trends, interviews with exhibitors and event organisers, and will reveal what’s new at the shows this year.
The deadline for advertisements and editorial copy is March 3 2025.
Exhibitors who would like to be considered for inclusion should submit the following details:
- Company name
- Stand number
- A high-resolution product image
- 100-word description of products to be exhibited at the show

WTCE and AIX will be held at the Hamburg Messe on 8-10 April 2025.
The co-located events will facilitate connections between the supply chain and airline professionals.
WTCE, which will return for its 13th edition, is dedicated to enhancing the passenger experience through inflight catering and onboard comfort across the air, rail and cruise markets, focussing on eco-friendly amenities, onboard wellness and next generation catering solutions.

The free-to-attend Theatre is a packed agenda of sessions on global onboard trends of tomorrow and beyond, covering inclusive travel, cabin and catering waste, onboard retail, non-alcoholic beverages and more.
Meanwhile, AIX will showcase over 1,000 products, including hardware equipment, connectivity systems, onboard restoration and furnishings. It also provides insights into future interiors trends.
