DFMi will showcase its new branding and a fresh experience, the DFMi Cloud Market, during the IFSA Global EXPO 2026. The event takes place at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, from September 8-10 and DFMi will be at booth 613.
The DFMi Cloud Market concept is inspired by the popularity of food halls around the world where guests can explore cuisines, discover new brands and enjoy a variety of experiences under one roof. DFMi is creating an engaging space where airline customers can experience offerings from supplier partners around the globe.
It will have three cafés. American Kitchen will feature premium meals and snacks, bringing together favourites and innovative new offerings for onboard service. Bake Shop will highlight breakfast items, bakery products and desserts. Meanwhile, European Provisions will feature imported snacks and products from Europe.
Chef Leyla Wheelhouse will prepare and serve creative menu offerings featuring products from participating supplier partners. Guests will have the opportunity to taste products and gain an understanding of how they can be incorporated into onboard menus.
DFMi’s Cloud Market will also feature a retail-inspired marketplace showcasing food, beverages and snacks from established manufacturers and emerging brands. The space is designed to encourage visitors to browse, taste and learn more about products and their potential within the travel industry.
The market concept reflects that the DFMi team travels the world searching for innovation, identifying trends and discovering products that can bring something new to the onboard experience.
