Corendon Airlines adds inflight fitness video series

Fit & Fly content aims to support passenger wellbeing and mobility during flight

Corendon Airlines has started a new inflight wellness initiative to help passengers stay active and reduce discomfort during air travel.

The Fit&Fly series, developed with fitness trainer Noyan Dülek, features short exercise videos that can be performed in-seat without disrupting other passengers. The content will be available via YouTube and is being positioned as part of the airline’s wider focus on passenger wellbeing.

Dülek has previously worked as a fitness coach with Turkish football clubs including Trabzonspor and Eskişehirspor, focusing on player conditioning and performance.

He has a background in sports science and more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, created a seven-minute seated exercise routine. This focuses on posture, mobility and circulation to reduce muscle stiffness and help ease the physical effects of long periods of inactivity during flights.

The programme includes movements for the neck, shoulders, arms, back and lower body, with variations intended to encourage gentle activity during flight time.

Corendon Airlines said the initiative is aimed at incorporating healthier habits into the travel experience and providing passengers with practical tools to support comfort while flying.

The airline carries around 10 million passengers annually and operates flights from Germany, Austria and the UK to destinations across the Mediterranean, including Turkey, Spain, Greece, Egypt and the Canary Islands.
