Oceania Cruises’ Oceania Allura will be christened in Miami on 13 November 2025 by a group of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs alumni rather than a single godmother.
Reflecting Oceania Cruises’ dedication to gastronomy and innovation, the announcement was made at the Food & Wine Best New Chefs Gala in New York City.
Oceania Allura is a 1,200-guest ship. The ship will offer guests more than 270 new recipes in spaces such as its Grand Dining Room, Culinary Center, Chef’s Studio and Jacques – Oceania Cruises’ signature French restaurant. Nikkei dishes will be served in Red Ginger, a pan-Asian dining space.
Since 1988, the Food & Wine Best New Chefs programme has honoured more than 400 rising culinary stars.

Additionally, two Best New Chefs Cruises will debut on Oceania Allurain 2026.
